How do I cancel my giving?

Go to Reliant.org and click on My Account. Sign in to your account and go to your giving dashboard. From there you will be able to edit your active gifts section. If you have any issues, please email gift.services@reliant.org with information about wanting to cancel your giving.

How do I pause or temporarily hold a recurring gift?

We understand that circumstances can change. To place any recurring gift on hold, Login to your Donor Dashboard Choose Make Changes Place a gift on hold. Gifts on hold will not transfer while they are on hold. You must remove the hold for the gift transfer to continue. Missed gifts will not be made up automatically.

Can I use my bank's own billpay to send gifts?

Yes, you can use your own bank's billpay system to send gifts for any ministry fund. Please see details. However, we recommend our LifeLink system for faster and more secure transfer.
